We the following whose names and addresses are subscribed hereto ,are desirous of being formed into an organization as per this constitution in the name of Founders
The Executive Committee;
The Executive Committee shall be headed by the Director, in assistance of the Assistant Director. This committee will also include the Executive Secretary, and Finance Secretary. The Executive Committee shall handle a day to day running of the organization. All other structures of the organization apart from the Board of Trustees will be answerable to the executive committee. In the meetings of the Executive Committee other stakeholders can be invited if need be.
